About these terms
These terms cover your use of akkrev.com and, unless a signed proposal or statement of work says otherwise, the services we provide. Akkrev is operated by Akkrev Technologies OÜ, registry code 17519031, Ahtri tn 12, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. Our services are for businesses, not consumers.
Using the website
The content on this site is general information, not professional advice. You may not misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or send automated form submissions.
Our services
- Scope. Each engagement is defined in a written proposal. If the proposal and these terms conflict, the proposal wins.
- Fees. Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT. The AI Visibility & Agent Audit fee is credited against Agent-Ready Setup if you buy it within the period stated in your proposal. Monitoring is billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
- Payment. Invoices are due within 14 days unless agreed otherwise.
- Your materials. You confirm you have the right to give us access to your website, listings and systems, and you stay the owner of your content and data.
- Our work. Once paid for, you own the deliverables we make specifically for you. We keep our own tools, methods and know-how.
What we can and can't promise
AI assistants and agents are run by third parties who change them often. We work to make your information accurate, readable and bookable, but we cannot guarantee what any AI tool will say, recommend or book, or any specific traffic or revenue result.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability under an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect loss or loss of profit.
Confidentiality and data
We keep your non-public information confidential. Where we process personal data for you, we do so under a data processing agreement and our privacy notice.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, and Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn has jurisdiction, unless your proposal says otherwise.
